PROCESS + DETAILS
STEP 1. HAND PICKING OF COFFEE CHERRIES WITH A RATIO OF 90% RIPE / 10% UNDERRIPE.
STEP 2. THE CHERRIES ARE PUT IN A SEALED PLASTIC BAG FOR APPROXIMATELY 60 HOURS AT A CONTROLLED TEMPERATURE OF 20 °C (ANAEROBIC PROCESS).
STEP 3. THE CHERRIES ARE PULPED AND ARE LEFT TO OXIDATE FOR 3-4 HOURS
STEP 3. THE BEANS ARE THEN PUT AGAIN IN SEALED PLASTIC BAGS WITH A MIX OF COFFEE MUST & TARTARIC ACID FOR 48 HOURS (ANAEROBIC PROCESS).
STEP 4. THE BEANS ARE WASHED TO REMOVE THE REMAINING MUCILAGE.
STEP 5. THE BEANS ARE LEFT TO DRY IN A CASA ELBA FOR 12-15 DAYS WHILST TURNING THEM EVERY 2 HOURS
Livrarea se face prin Fan Courier in maxim 3 zile de la preluarea coletului de catre curier.
Transportul este gratuit pentru comenzile ce depasesc suma de 140 lei.
Daca nu esti multumit cu cafeaua primita de la Pressco, te rugam sa ne transmiti un mail prin care sa ne spui ce nu a fost pe placul tau si iti vom schimba cafeaua fara nici un cost.
