PROCESS + DETAILS
STEP 1. HAND PICKING OF THE CHERRIES(90% RIPE / 10% UNDERRIPE)
STEP 2. ANAEROBIC PROCESS IN A SEALED PLASTIC BAG FOR 60 HOURS APPROX. INSIDE TEMPERATURE 20°C
STEP 3. THE BAGS ARE OPENED AND THE CHERRIES ARE LEFT TO OXIDATE FOR 3-4 HOURS.
STEP 4. THE CHERRIES ARE PULPED
STEP 5. THE BEANS ARE PUT AGAIN IN A SEALED PLASTIC BAG FOR 60 HOURS (SECOND ANAEROBIC PROCESS)
STEP 6. THE BEANS ARE WASHED WITH LITTLE WATER AND STIRRED QUICKLY TO REMOVE THE MUCILAGE.
STEP 7. THE BEANS ARE DRIED IN MARQUESINAS FOR 12 - 18 DAYS
Livrarea se face prin Fan Courier in maxim 3 zile de la preluarea coletului de catre curier.
Transportul este gratuit pentru comenzile ce depasesc suma de 140 lei.
Daca nu esti multumit cu cafeaua primita de la Pressco, te rugam sa ne transmiti un mail prin care sa ne spui ce nu a fost pe placul tau si iti vom schimba cafeaua fara nici un cost.
